Our comprehensive repair process includes the following key steps:
An experienced technician inspects the unit to ascertain the fault
Identify spares required
Use original and/or new manufacturers parts as required
Each unit is adjusted re-calibrated, configured or factory reset as required
Each unit goes through full diagnostic checks & testing using industry standards
Further testing of all communication ports as standard
All mains powered equipment is tested for electrical safety
The repaired system is issued with a Unicomp Warranty of up to 90 days
