All warranty units returned to us benefit from accelerated turnaround times as agreed with the manufacturer; this applies to units covered by both standard and extended warranty options.
Working in partnership with the above leading manufacturers we also offer an out of warranty refurbishment service that we can tailor to your needs.
Accelerated Turnaround Times
Before being released all units are tested to manufacturers specifications:
An experienced technician inspects the unit to ascertain the fault Identify spares required
Identify spares required
Use original manufacturer parts
Each unit is adjusted re-calibrated, configured or factory reset as required
Each unit is adjusted, lubricated and configured to your requirement
Each unit is then tested to manufacturer specifications
All mains powered equipment is tested for electrical safety (PAT)
All units are supplied with test prints with a dedicated fault report available
